The way this company operates makes my life easy. They are diligent in their responsibilities and my tenant retention is great! Vacancy is down which makes me one happy camper.
Terrible terrible terrible management company. Just read all the negative comments. A happy tenant won't come here to leave a nice review, they write them themselves. If you decide to rent from them, hang out around the building and talk to the tenants, you won't hear anything good about them. It takes them months to respond to your problems with the apartment (if they will ever do anything). And you would have to call them EVERY SINGLE DAY FOR WEEKS OR EVEN MONTHS to get something day. JC Mgmt has always been good to me; they are consistently professional and easy to deal with. I've had some typical issues like everyone does with needing things fixed occasionally but they have always been very quick to fix any issue! Thanks so much for everything!
I agree with one of the BAD comments about JC MANAGEMENT. I t is amazing how this Management gets everything screwed up.They are liars and crooks.How much everyone gets paid for all the good comments?
The more I think about it, the more I realize that J.C. Management is one of the best management companies I have ever worked with.
Is interesting how JC Management has been getting good comments when they keep screwing up. Just like yelp was under investigation for false positive comments, the same should happen here.
