Subpar -- and I'm a Landlord – Frequently in my building, stuff breaks down (elevator, heater, etc.) I only learn about these things when I try to take a shower (cold water) or walking up the stairs (the elevator). What John Coco and company should do is *service* the tenants by using a new invention - called email - to let people know when they will be inconvenienced by these things. Great people – I don't understand where these negative reviews come from. I own a co-op in an aging building that has it's share of problems like a lot of buildings that are falling apart in my area. Every time I call JC Management I always have a pleasant experience. They're usually very nice, attentive, and professional especially one person named Christopher who answers the phones and takes care of the problems. Worst Company ever – Worst company ever. Things break, they never repair them. Building is full of fleas. Most of the building isn't up to code. Everything about this company is awful. I won’t get into the gory details of every horrible The experience I had during my time renting from JC Management , because I could go on for pages – I just wanted to say that before I rented from them, I did look them up on the web and saw all of the terrible reviews - but I rented from them anyway. ABSOLUTE GARBAGE COMPANY!! – ** DO NOT EVER DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY ** I am a commercial tennant in a multi-use building managed by John Coco and JC Management company, and I have been a tennant in said building for more than 18yrs and above my store there are 9 residential apartments. Horrible Management Company – This management company is the absolute worst. They spend as little money as they possibly can. They are not responsive when issues arise, unless of course it is something that may cost them more money. If you have a leak, they go crazy trying to get into your apartment even when you are not home. If anything else breaks, you have to call, call, beg and plead to get anything fixed. crooks – This management is the worst I have ever encountered. They are rude and slow and sometimes flat out refuse to fix things. They are akin to horrible slumlords.
