Hello! I recently stayed at the omni with the Mrs. International pageant and let me say that the service I got at the omni was the best service and experience I've ever gotten at a hotel. Rick was WONDERFUL!!! I had a TON of stuff and he moved it whenever I needed it. He, along with the whole staff were wonderful, thank you so much. Me and my husband highly recommend the Omni at Jacksonville.
