Never in my whole life have I experienced horrific service like at this hotel. I wouldn’t recommend my worst enemy to stay at this hotel. The managers are rude and disrespectful. Trust me, DO NOT stay at this hotel. It was equivalent to staying at Motel 8.

I would not stay at this place as they refuse to tell customers where their food is from. I repeatedly asked if their eggs were cage-free and they refused to respond. Check out this website: rottenomni.com
Change on-site management. Either charge a pet-friendly room fee or enforce a Good Night's Rest policy. To evict a responsible couple in a pre-paid room at a normal bedtime hour because a dog barked for one hour is VINDICTIVE.
Our stay at the hotel was great but the Green Tomato Jam that was served in the restaurant on their cheese board was absolutely delicious. So good that I called the restaurant to ask if they would share where they get it from. Well - the Chef makes it in house and Erin happily emailed me the recipe. Now that doesn't happen often. So very nice on the phone when I asked and promptly sent me an email. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Thanks Erin - your attention to a customer is almost as good as the Green Tomato Jam.
