This is one of the best Omni Hotels to stay at ever. Stop here and visit J Bar- the staff is above and and beyond entertaining and helpful.
Dude fuck the omni. 70 bucks for 3 drinks at the bar. No access for handicap. People here are unprofessional and they seem like they have never worked service industry. Wait forever for any service.

The bar are your hotel in Jacksonville violates the ADA. This is unacceptable.
Your bar is not accessible to disabled people. This is blatant discrimination. I will never visit an Omni Hotel and I will make sure that everyone I know stays elsewhere, too.
Not accessible is not acceptable. I travel with my 17yo nephew, who is in a wheelchair. Thanks to the ADA, our family and thousands of others are able to enjoy museums and restaurants that other families enjoy. A friend stayed at your hotel and was excluded from visiting the restaurant, due to inaccessibility. I guess we can cross Omni off our list of hotels to visit.
After learning that the Omni discriminates against disabled people by making parts of the hotel inaccessible to wheelchairs, I will never give them my business. Omni--I am sure your laywers can tell you this is illegal and I hope potential customers tell you it is unacceptable.
