My family absolutely loved our stay at The Omni in Jacksonville! Everything was just perfect! The second we arrived, which I should mention was after midnight due to a blown out tire, we were greeted by a friendly staff who welcomed us with a smile and even had backpacks full of goodies as a welcome gift for the children. We were then escorted to our beautiful room overlooking the river and surprised shortly after with a late night snack of cookies and milk delivered courtesy of the staff.
