Dr Hornell wanted blood work done I was very hesitant because I've had some very bad experiences in the last 7 months..well larry at Hornell s office was very very good. He put a warm pack on my vein then had me hold it..I didn't even feel him inserting the needle in my vein..EXCELLENT

Dr.hornell always listen to question and concerns examine the area and provides care or prescription as needed. If the is no a problem he tells me as well. His explanations are well thought out and stated so I understand. If I question for clarity is is respectful and answers my question s. A+++

Dr. Hornell proved very helpful care in a timely manner. They also provided me with a Lab where I could get my lab work completed properly.
I called regarding an unusual symptom and asked to make an appointment, I was given one the very next day. I truly appreciate the care rec'd from this provider. The staff are always mindful of my concerns and respond quickly.
