Had a great experience. The office staff was professional and friendly. The nurse was knowledgeable and kind, Dr Hornell was easy to talk with and open and honest about next steps to take. He wanted to hear about my next appointment with my eye dr. I provided that thru MyChart and Dr. Hornell responded the same day.
It was good, he seemed a bit rushed, I would have liked a few more minutes with him.
