The staff, the food, and the atmosphere is incredible. The staff and our waiter, Ryan, was informative and fun and the consumate professional as a server. The Filet Oscar was rich and flavorful. My wife said it was the best steak she has ever eaten.
Fantastic meal, service, a must go to if you are in Kansas!
We started with the salmon appetizer and it was great! Then we ordered the prime rib sandwich, (Now That’s A Sandwhich!) we were very pleased with the size and flavor. We just couldn’t stop talking about how great the food was. We will definitely be back! High recommend! Staff is very friendly as well!

You can not beat the food at J. Alexander's. Never have had a bad experience here. Great service and great atmosphere.
My Favorite place to eat. Lunch or Dinner. They have the best food and service! Today, my Kudos go to Mitchell! Best waiter we've ever had!! Very attentive. Thank you for taking such good care of us Mitchell! Hope to sit in your waiting area again soon!
The not your ordinary Mac and cheese is very delicious. It has a distinct flavor that makes one remember J Alexander’s side dishes. Can always count on the loaded baked potatoes to be big and stuffed with quality ingredients. By far this is one of my favorite restaurants. I just wish they’d bring the egg rolls back.
