It was pretty good. The artichokes we're very good, and the carrot cake was the star.

So the hubby and I at our daughter's suggestion, went to J. Alexander's this past Friday for our 34th anniversary. I figured fine okay if all else fails I will have a hamburger. We did a last minute reservation and checked the box that it was for an anniversary. In the door everyone was so polite (even as we were leaving the cooks and others were waving). Wonderful dinner of prime rib and a filet, smash potatoes and a Texas size baked potatoe, broccoli, and a Washington Three Rivers Cabernet. Great service from Braden
Awesome prime rib and queso! Great place to dine, walk in, get seated, and the wait staff take great care of you!
Last Saturday night was the first time I ate there. It was outstanding ! I was with a party of 5 and we loved the service, and the food was too delicious for words. I had the grouper . Last time I had had such delicious grouper was in the Florida keys. I can't wait to go back; in fact I want to return this week. Love J Alexanders and it is going to the top of my favorite places to eat for sure.
