Have them another shot on my Anniversary after going there a few months back and being disappointed hoping it would be better especially since they changed the name (lol). However the food looks better than it tastes. I ordered the Rosemary chicken and it didn't rate as good as Walmart's, very disappointing. Excellent Strip. Cooked to perfection! Loaded baked potato is a must have. Carrot cake is to die for. Love J. Alexander’s!
Order a burger but I tasted nothing but the metal from the grill. I had one bit and server never asked if was everything okay, can I box etc..... entire MEAL!! It was like eating a piece of charcoal.
It was average at best unfortunately. Had to return my ribeye, asked for med rare and got med well. Nothing worse than an overcooked steak.
The food, atmosphere, and service were outstanding! Our son treated us to a fabulous meal that included wine, their delicious cheese & spinach dip & chips, and delicious entrees - blue cheese crusted filet mignon and the Kansas City Strip! The meal was topped off with decadent chocolate cake & ice cream. Everything was excellent! This is the place to go for the best steaks in town!
The food, service, and atmosphere were excellent! My wife loved the Blue Cheese Crusted Filet and I really enjoyed the Kansas City Strip! We topped it off with the decadent ice cream and chocolate cake! I would highly recommend this place to steak lovers in the area!
