If I could give 100 stars I would. Incredible staff across the board! Dr. Lafleur is the best doctor !! Helped my wife and my newborn son. I wouldn’t want my wife to give birth anywhere else !!! Nurses were so sweet, gentle, kind and well informed ! Keep up the awesome work Ladies ! :)
My experience during delivery was deeply disappointing. A man was invited into the room without my knowledge or consent. This was an incredibly intimate and vulnerable moment, and being treated as though I were an exhibit—without even being addressed—was upsetting and inappropriate. Postpartum care was inconsistent. While some nurses were attentive and supportive, others were not. I also felt uncomfortable with how breastfeeding assistance was handled. There's lots of room for improvement, from the people scanning your ultrasounds, to delivering your baby especially the OR experience. Then after you give birth. I would of been better off getting better at home than the 24 hours spent there!! At least I would of had people making sure I was recovering from my draining traumatic experience!! Running off of nothing
