We’ve been waiting for hours with a sick 2-year-old and no one seems to care. The place looks old, dirty, and poorly maintained. This is absolutely unacceptable for a hospital that is funded by taxpayers. Extremely frustrating experience. Parents should not have to beg for basic medical attention for their children.
There are no words to describe how incredible the nurses and doctors are at the IWK. Dr Lalani is truly a remarkable doctor who saved my wife’s pregnancy. We will be forever grateful to the all of the staff at IWK for the kindness, support and genuine care they showed! Amazing people!
