Took our 2yo in right away, no wait. Despite what negative comments say, they know how to triage patients appropriately. If you’re waiting, thank your lucky stars your kid is stable. Kind staff, very thankful. Over and above!
Sitting with a 7 month old infant with respiratory issues and high fever for now 3+ hours haven’t even made into a room… have watched them take back teenagers with a boot on their foot and another sitting there talking laughing carrying on with her foot elevated without even an ice pack and moving all around. Daughter was brutually assaulted, held and manhandled by 3 male security staff. came in for treatment but was sent out with over 10 large bruises and a traumatized daughter. We will be looking more into this legally. Do not let your children be mangled by this hospital
Unacceptable wait times and outdated approach! We visited the pediatric department with our young child, and once again, the experience was incredibly frustrating. Despite there being only two or three people in the waiting area, we waited over two hours just to get into a room, and we are now into our third hour of waiting for the doctor. This is a recurring issue; we never spend less than three hours here per visit. The facility itself feels very neglected—the rooms are old and in poor condition.
