Otis's staff did an okay job on my car. There were a few things that I thought could have been done better so I called Otis personally and he met me back at his shop first thing in the morning and basically re did the car PLUS gave me a sample wax job on half of my car to show me an example of what he can do. Thanks Otis for going above and beyond. I will absolutely be a dedicated customer!
Otis and his staff did a great job on my very dirty Lexus! Even polished out some scratches that I didn't think would come out. Carpets were horrible and they came out so clean!! Highly recommend!
