Just received the most beautiful flowers ever. My husband had them delivered to my job as a surprise. They were a beautiful arrangement and the vase was gorgeous. So happy!
There was a mix-up in the delivery this last Saturday. I spoke with Sylvia the owner. She left a family function late in the evening to hand-deliver my flowers. You will hear me talk about customer service a lot on my radio show. And this my friends is what customer service is all about! The flowers were beautiful. And the customer service was beyond perfect!

The last few times I have received flowers from my boyfriend they have been from ivy lane. Each and every time the flowers are gorgeous and they stay fresh for a very long time! I recently sent my little sister flowers for her birthday and they are still sitting on our counter looking like they were just delivered yesterday instead of a week ago :)
