Staff was very professional and very attentive. It’s a pleasure to deal with a group of staff that are a pleasure to have looking out for you.
This was my first appointment at IVX and I was a bit apprehensive but assoon as I walked in and was greeted by the receptionist, I began to relax. Then I met the nurse, who was helping me with the infusion. She was friendly and yet very adept in doing all of the tasks to begin my infusion. Everything was explained and the time went swiftly and pleasantly. The facility was clean and there were plenty of amenities such as extra pillows, blankets, snacks,beverages and more. The staff there are exceptional. Their expertise is so appreciated. We were going to Philadelphia for my husband's infusion and now to be able to get it so close to home so appreciated but the bonus is the fabulous staff and being treated so awesome from the time you enter the facility to the time you leave. Definitely more then 5 stars could be given.
Extremely friendly, professional and accommodating.
Everyone at this location was friendly and explained everything thoroughly. I have been having infusions for 12 years now and was a little worried about making a switch. But, they exceeded my expectations.
