Extremely friendly, professional and accommodating.
Everyone at this location was friendly and explained everything thoroughly. I have been having infusions for 12 years now and was a little worried about making a switch. But, they exceeded my expectations.
My NP Alissa was superb, very sweet and perfect with the IV insertion. Rooms are super comfy and calming. Coffee and tv is an added bonus!
As someone who used to get regularly scheduled infusions at a main hospital - I was nervous when my insurance switched and would no longer cover the treatment there, forcing me to switch to a stand alone facility. Although I went in nervous, IVX has been above my expectations - comfortable rooms, extremely caring staff, and so much faster getting in and out (for the same medicine) and parking is always available. It ended up being a great switch.
