My husband and I recently moved into an Ivory community, and I have been very impressed with my experience. The quality of living is so nice, and it feels like home. The staff here are very professional and have been so nice to work with as we've moved. Moving with a newborn is not easy, but the people here at Ivory were so helpful and made it a great experience for us. We plan on staying with Ivory for a long time!

We decided to build a home and we built it through Ivory Homes. Mitch W**** was our superintendant and he did an awesome job! He was incredibly professional and he did everything he said he would do. He has such great customer service, thank you so much for working so hard for us. I would highly recommend Ivory Homes. Thanks again Mitch for everything!

We have built two homes with Ivory Homes and were very pleased with both experiences. Sure, there there was some concerns along the way, though we felt like Ivory stepped to plate to resolve issues along the way. We built our two homes about four years apart and I was impressed with the noted improvements in several areas over that period of time. We signed construction papers in November and were told by May the home would be done, now we are moving in at the end of August, don't believe anything they say on timeline. They poured our garage floor in a snowstorm didn't cover it and now all the aggregate has come to the surface and has dimples and trails of where the water was running down, they said it was within industry standard. The sales person was great to work with however the quality of the materials and workmanship is terrible. After being in our town home for three years we have had two issues. The first one was covered by warranty but the second was not because it had expired. Beware of their attractive selling techniques stating that their homes are covered under a 10 year warranty!! Ivory homes was great to work with through the building process the built us a seemingly beautiful home but the quality is so poor! We paid for an upgraded package and just over a year in our home things are falling apart like crazy. We have had a flood in our finished basement that luckily I hired my own plumber after the ivory plumber told me there was nothing wrong only to find or they had incorrectly back filled our plumbing and it had sunk causing the flood. Ivory Homes builds a very nice home and their sales people are excellent. However, don't build with Ivory in a newer neighborhood. Their contractors leave trash and debris everywhere and don't adhere to city ordinances. Specifically, they hire contractors who start working as early as 6 am. Despite numerous complaints by myself and neighbors it doesn't change. Roofers, framers and other repeatedly ignore city laws regarding work start times before 8 am. :(
