Not impressed! At all. Every member we encountered from Ivory Homes was not helpful and had horrible customer service. Starting with our sales rep, Michelle. She was constantly telling us the wrong information. What really bothered me was literally 20 min before our preconstruction meeting she tells me that she gave us the wrong pricing for an upgrade that was thousands of dollars more than what we originally were planning on. We have been in our home one year and recently have had Jeff B*** from the warranty department help us. He was so friendly and professional and always did what he said he was going to do.

My husband and I closed on a house at the beginning of February, at which point, Ivory Homes had not yet graded our yard due to cold weather. Over the past two and a half months, there have been plenty of dry days in which this could have been done, and in fact, other houses in our neighborhood that were not even complete yet have had their yards graded. We moved into our beautiful Ivory home nearly one month ago and are very excited to be here! This is our first time building a home, so we have no other experience with which to compare the whole process. While the process after initial contact with our wonderful sales agent was a bit intimidating, our agent worked closely with us through every phase and we appreciate her! I moved into an Ivory Home 15 years ago, and I absolutely love my neighborhood. There are plenty of spacious rooms in the house and the yard size is also great. I have many family friends with Ivory Homes in other neighborhoods that are very happy with their homes.

We wanted to build a home with Ivory Homes and gave them our $3000 deposit. We were never able to get an actual price until we went to our color design meeting. Our salesman knew we had a certain budget in mind. Our actual price was going to more than $20,000 than we had planned on. We had been told that the model home had $6000 of upgrades. My family has been in an Ivory Home for 20 years. We love the community we are in and the home itself. I grew up in the house and never experienced any sort of issues. Ivory really does care about the quality it provides since its product will be around for a long time. I'd recommend Ivory Homes to anyone looking to build or buy an existing home.

We've only been in our Ivory home for a couple weeks, but we like it so far. The interior looks exactly how we envisioned based on our selections. We wish the exterior looked a little different. My suggestion for Ivory is to invest in a 3-D computer thing that will show you the different color options based on the different exterior color selections. My wife and I recently moved into an Ivory community, and the quality that is put into everything they do from apartments, to homes, and even the service that they have offered is all outstanding. We as a family are very excited to be living with Ivory.
