This doctor is the best. He has helped me continue my life as I lived it before and has improve it in that in working with my family doctor has I found and improved my major medical problem. I believe Dr. Percent is a knowledgable MD, I found his manner with patients to be poor and openly rude. I had tears on my face when I saw him as I had been discussing the possibility of my sisters having a pulmonary embolus as well. Did it make me emotional? I was diagnosed with Stage 3A lung cancer about 2 years ago. At the first appointment, Dr.. Percent told me that he would always keep me informed of the best treatment options and how treatment was progressing. I find Dr. Percent to be compassionate, caring, and extremely knowledgeable of new and emerging treatment modalities. He tailored the treatment to my particular type of cancer, as I'm sure he does for all his patients. I highly recommend him. as a physician and a human being.
Dr. Percent, recommended to me by a friend who works in the medical field, was everything I needed in an oncologist. I could not have asked for a more well-informed, compassionate, and responsive physician. His treatment of patients is open and accepting of questioning. His ego does not get in his way--or that of those he treats. Cancer is a very scary diagnosis, but after a visit with him, I felt empowered and ready to take it on. In the end, Dr. Percent and I beat my cancer! He's the best!
Dr Percent is a very caring and compassionate physician. After receiving a diagnosis from Moffitt Cancer Center I went through 5 months of testing and appointments. After 2 visits to Dr. Percent I have had everything explained to me in terms I fully understand. Dr Percent has taken his time and answered all of my questions and those of my family. I am very pleased and confident in what I may be facing. I can't thank Dr Percent enough.
My experience with Dr. Percent has been awesome. He truly cares for his patients and he will fight with insurance to get you the care you need for the best results. He pulls no punches, he gives you all the information you need to be proactive in your care. My comfort level was 100% from my first meeting with him. His assistants are very knowledgeable and just as caring. Experience has been great.
On the day of my first visit my wait time was over 4 hours and my second visit which was a simple follow-up for an injection my wait time was close to three hours they charge me for procedures that they did not do and having them process a refund is near to Impossible no one from their office will call you back with questions but they will not hesitate to call you to change your appointment 12 hours before your supposed to be there.The most unprofessional doctor's office I have ever seen.
I would never recommend Dr. Percent. He spent very little time with me. Everything I asked him he had to look up on the computer and he charged me $500! Then his staff bullied me into paying the entire amount upfront instead of making payments, like most doctors offices. Awful experience!
