One of many offshoots of the original Ivar's Acres of Clams, the Salmon House represents the Seattle institution's attempt at contemporary dining. Located in a replica Indian longhouse, the restaurant features salmon and meats alder-smoked on the open-pit Indian-style barbecue. The chef does best with straightforward seafood preparations. Rockfish tacos are great! The fish and chips are always good.
always get the clam strips and never disappointed also this one is on the lake so a nice way to Seattle, get a bost ride and have Ivars@
I had the albacore tuna with a sesame crust, shitaki mushrooms, rice and bok Choy. It was a very tasty dinner. Lovely atmosphere watching the boats go by.
