One of many offshoots of the original Ivar's Acres of Clams, the Salmon House represents the Seattle institution's attempt at contemporary dining. The food is great, atmosphere is one of a kind, but the view at night when the lights are turned down is just plain gorgeous, with the boats going by and the lights shining off the water.
