Dr Platte is a terrific Dr -- highly qualified and listens! All office staff are competent and friendly.
Called to schedule an appointment back in January was scheduled for March 1st. Ended up that they were missing new patient packet. Theybre sent it, I filled it out and was told they would call me when they get those documents in to their system. It's been 3 days and no call. For an urgent appointment forget them trying to make the time to schedule you in a timely manner.
Dr. Platte is very caring, knowledgeable, thorough, and professional. I’m very pleased with the care I receive.
