Can someone explain why it is so dang difficult to get this team to respond on the IU messages between patients and doctors? I expect to wait 24 to 48 hours for a response but tomorrow will literally be 10 days since we reached out for a refill on blood pressure medicine. It feels like they don't care if there patients end up back in the ICU!
