I've taken my children here since birth. Very friendly, easy to book appointments, and I've been very happy with the Physicians, NP, Nursing and office staff.
The guy working the front desk on 3/19/26 is the absolute rudest prejudiced person we have ever encountered in a health care facility. We came in to schedule an appointment and he insisted that we may not be able to afford the service and should go somewhere else. This is 2026 and Mooresville still breeding these FOX news one sided individuals. We have the best insurance and never once asked for pricing or financial assistance from this guy. Worst place to go. Poor customer service. I walked in there and this guy at the front desk told me they do not do walk ins. I asked to book an appointment for a doctor and he told me it’s cheaper to go to the urgent care. He booked the appointment and asked if he wants my insurance card, he asked me if my insurance card will be changed before my appointment date. Why will my insurance card be changed?
