RecommendedI was having health issues and needed to be seen the same day. It was such a great experience, they were able to see me on the same day I called, the welcome staff was so friendly, the nurse, Mariana with the blood work was so nice and gentle, Dr. Gill was absolutely great! I felt she really listened and even though it was the end of the day I felt like I received her 100% attention. The clinic was very clean, easy checkin process, the lobby was empty so no concern about Covid. Just overall great experience. THANK YOU GUYS!!
The doctors here are superb! They actually listen to your needs and act accordingly. My previous doctor rushed me and didn't meet any of my needs. I HIGHLY recommend this IU health facility.....basically ANY IU health facility. They are a cut above.
very informative, kind, thorough
i have never dealt with such poor incometence ever. I asked for an order for a wheel chair two months ago. I found that a lift chair had mean requested . This is the secound time that the nurse has shown such a gross lack of concern. The other time, i had to with a month just nurse to contact my doctor about the need for psych exam because i was trying to get into a facilty. Because of the delay I will have wait another 2-3 months before the wheel chair can be orderd and then another 2-3 weeks before it can be delivered.
I love this doctors office,! They take care of me and my baby and is always concerned and willing to do more when it comes to our health
