I cannot imagine a better place have your little (or big) family member boarded or groomed! Granny, and all of the staff, love on our Maggie girl every time she is there. We have a Great Pyrenees Bluetick mix and she loves getting to go see granny! They are great on value an service and if I could give a million stars I would. The only place in Knoxville we’d trust to take care of our big girl!
When our two doggies came home from Granny's today, they looked exceptional! Thank you Katherine Wright ( longtime groomer) ...you ROCK!
I took my Miniature schnauzer here today for the first time. This place came highly recommended by several friends and I read lots of positive reviews. However, I was still nervous to leave him. They were very sweet with him and took the time to make him feel comfortable before taking him back. They did an excellent job and I was pleased with their patience and obvious love for animals. Definitely will return.
We love everyone here!! They treat our sweet babies as if they are their own!!
I've taken my 6-month-old shih tzu puppy here twice for grooming, and I've been extremely happy both times. She recently got her first full groom (previously she'd just gotten the puppy package), and I was blown away by how good she looked. She's gotten so many compliments on her new 'do. I'd recommend It's a R-R-Ruff Life to anyone looking to groom their dog.
I take all three of my miniature Yorkshire Terriers to Karen and the other gals here and they are nothing but amazing to them. Tigger, Ollie, and Milo do so well with them and everyone is always so friendly. I recommend them to anyone who wants not only a groomer, but someone who genuinely cares about your pet!!
They did a great job on my Jax! He is clean and well trimmed!
My 10 year old dog has never been to a groomer. I was really nervous because he can be a handful to say the least! I’m so happy, he looks like a new dog! The staff and groomer is awesome.
