Alway take my babies there for grooming. They are like family and they always take great care of my babies.
The best groomer I have taken Oreo to in her 13 years. I felt so comfortable leaving Oreo in their care. I felt like Karen and I had known each other forever.
The owner of the establishment is simply amazing. The staff are very gentle, courteous, and professional. The atmosphere makes even humans feel safe and cozy! This establishment gets a 5star review from me and my furbaby!
They are amazing! They have the biggest heart of any place I’ve ever been. When our dear Lola crossed over the rainbow bridge they honored her. We will only take our fur babies here from now on. And the make our precious Aloe look so beautiful which is hard with her allergies! She is clean and festive for the 4th of July and smells wonderful. They made my baby look and smell great. They accommodated to her so she felt comfortable. She trusted them enough to cut her nails well, which she won’t let me do. Fantastic job!

Irma is NOT a fan of getting her nails clipped. I’ve taken her to vets and other groomers, but no one was able to get them clipped. I was starting to get worried, but then my friend recommended IT’S A RUFF LIFE. I took Irma there for the first time and explained to them how no one has been able to clip her nails, and wished them the best of luck.
