The two gentleman listened to me. They then told me the possible problem and solution with cost of repair. Very quick turnaround,less then 6 hrs.
I knew Steve. He is an IT expert.
I took my laptop to Geek Squad becaused the CD/DVD drive would not work now and then. They could not find anything wrong. I.T. Solutions replaced the drive with a used one. Problem fixed.
So grateful for I.T. Solutions. I run a small businesses and could not go all weekend without my computer. These guys go above and beyond. It's Friday evening and Steve was supposed to close at 6:00. It's 7:15 and he stayed later just to complete my fix!! Thank you so much for going the extra mile :)
