ALAN IS AMAZING! I highly recommend. Not aonly does he give an excellent massage his knowledge of the body is mind blowing. I have went to him over the years with 2 specific issues that he was able to relieve and give me things to do at home to keep that relief.
I got a 90 minute massage and I was so disappointed I've done massage therapy before I wanted to cry because no pressure and interesting conversation but I'm ill about that massage I will not be going back
This place and Allen was a major stepping stone on the road to full recovery. I've been dealing with a thoracic myofasicia strain since I was a teen and more recently I was injured again that caused strain on the same muscle. Due to a lack of in-depth knowledge about my own injury I kept getting by with chiropractor apppontments that eventually stopped working in regards to pain.
