Issaquah Terrace Great apartments that feel more like a townhome. Garages available, patio storage and a 2 bed / 2 bath floorplan that was the best layout of everything we toured in the Issaquah Highlands. Rent isn't cheap but on par for the neighborhood (actually a little cheaper than the other big apartment complex up the hill). Factor in walkability to the Park and Ride and grocery shopping and it's pretty tough to beat. Our Home Beautiful, brand new luxury living. I forget that we live in an apartment at times. It feels more like a condo. I love the spacious living space, the garage (although it could be a little bigger), I love the big lawn for my daughter to run around and am looking forward to the playground to be finished. The girls in the office are really nice, the maintenance guy is great (How sometimes takes awhile to get in contact). One negative is the lack of parking spaces for guests.
