Been going to Iss Dental Arts for many years and seen some changes but through it all have always been made to feel well taken care of. Gotta say Trevi is the common ground. She knows me and my family and we have a pleasant visit every time. Today got a special treat from Dr Merkel but even without that, I am made to feel at ease and in good hands every time. I have been going to IDA for around 15 years and have always received top notch care from my dentist and hygienist. They are efficient but yet personable. The waiting room and exam rooms are comfortable and calming. Plus I can watch satellite TV during my exam and cleaning if I like.
I don't like going to the dentist but every time I pay a visit they take GREAT care of me. They don't lay on any big guilt trips, give great advice and get the work done in a timely manner. I highly recommend Issquah Dental Arts!
I've been a patient at Issaquah Dental Arts for almost 10 years. The office manager is a delight. The hygienists are thorough and the dentists are gentle - equipment is state-of-the-art.
Very enjoyable experiences...routine cleaning thorough and quick. I enjoy the option for late night appointments, able to watch TV (as a distraction) and the warm wash-cloths at the end. All of the staff is very professional and caring at the same time...thank you.
Been going to this group as a family for several years. Staff, so wonderful. Tasha is great, hygienists also very sensitive to any issues. Dentists, very up to date, knowledgeable of latest technology. All around, the best!
We recently relocated and Issaquah Dental Arts eased the transition by requesting records and xrays from our dentist without complaint! Excellent patient care and communication! Definately a five star practice.
