I have never had such a pleasant experience getting a filling. The staff is warm and friendly, the chairs are more comfortable than any I've experienced in other offices, and the assistant spread a heated blanket across my legs so I wouldn't get cold during the procedure. Moreover, they have a device that fits comfortably in your mouth, keeping it open AND suctioning away the saliva so that you don't have to hold your own mouth open for half an hour. Without a doubt this team is Strong. They really know what they are doing and are masters of the craft. I have actually seen Trevi (hygienist) for 12 years now. And Dr. Hansen once he took over practice. He is an amazing doctor.
We've been taken care of at Issaquah Dental Arts for over 10 years now and we have always been impressed with their knowledge, communication and professionalism. We are so happy with all of the staff, from the technicians, to the doctors to the organization of the administration. I've been a patient at Issaquah Dental Arts a little over a year now. Each time I have visited, the staff has been very friendly and courteous. They make going to the dentist a "stress-free" experience.
I love to go there, everybody is so nice. Always feel happy with their work.
My spur-of-the-moment appointment was given immediate attention and I got in. Staff, as always, warm and inviting, as well as professional and respectful. I get the feeling whenever I go in, that the staff is having fun - that's very important as they always approach task at hand with making me feel comfortable and relaxed too - as I always do - thanks!
I had an emergency (broke my tooth the night before) and desperately called them to see if they could squeeze me in. They took me immediately and took care of me! This could have been a huge hassle as the broken tooth was the front tooth with holiday parties coming. Issaquah Dental Arts created a plan for implant and I walked away with a temporary fill looking like nothing happened!! Just in a few hours! Unbelievable. Thank you so much!
Trevi has been my dental hygienist for 15 + years, she's very effective, gentle and super personable.. You can watch TV while getting your teeth cleaned or having dental work done.. Very comfortable setting..
