I have now visited Mathis Ferry Dentistry twice and both experiences have been wonderful! The staff is so friendly and eases any anxiety I may have quickly. They are professional and thorough!
Wonderful staff, very professional, courteous and friendly. I did not realize it had been so long between cleanings. I was amazed at the results. Another dentist told me I needed to replace 5 crowns. She did a full set of xrays and told me although some showed signs of wear they were structurally sound and only one that was obviously broken needed to be replaced now. I know in the future they will need replacing but was thrilled to learn it wasn't necessary to do all 5 at once. They made my day to say the least.

I have always had a good experience at iSmile Mathis Ferry Dentistry; I never feel that I am being rushed in or out. The office staff is very professional and thorough. I was impressed with the practice on my first visit and it is still amazing. Dr. Heafner is very personable and makes you feel comfortable going into a procedure.
Dr. Wendy was kind enough to get me in on her last appointment.....at just a few hours notice. I was in discomfort and was a new patient. Her staff welcomed me and was extremely kind. I don't know about anyone else, but going to the dentist can be so scary. This experience was anything but that! Her dental assistant had a great sense of humor and her receptionist was so caring. As a new patient I feel blessed that the dentist was able to see me so soon and I was able to get my needed dental work done by the end of the year. I was impressed by the office staff and how the dental assistant work so closely with the dentist...making a great team.
