My experience with ismile Mathis Ferry Dentistry could not have been easier. I dreaded losing a tooth ( my choice) and couldn't imagine that it would not be painful. The whole process went completely smoothly and was actually painless. I would highly recommend Dr. Wendy to anyone!!
I liked Kristen a lot. She gave me advice on what toothbrush to use, how to floss and was very competent. Plus we both like dogs, although it is hard to talk about dogs when she was cleaning my teeth. My husband felt equally comfortable with heather and we both thought Dr. Wendy di da great job and ran a friendly office.
It is a great dentistry! Very clean and modern and everyone there was so pleasant!! If I didn't move back to N.Y. I would keep going there.
Feel like family
I faithfully saw the same dentist for 20 years, so I was reluctant when starting over. I wish I had gone to see Dr. Haefner sooner. She is very thorough and kind. Her dental hygienist performs magic on plaque while still being gentle on your gums. Her staff is friendly, professional, and helpful. If you are in the market for a new dentist, I highly recommend iSmile Mathis Ferry Dentistry! Really and truly.

Cheryl always greets me with a warming smile and helps me with not only appointments but insurance and billing. My dental hygentist was awsome! You were right on time.....Kristen went right to work, a very caring person with lots of good advice about keeping my teeth and gums in better condition. Hope to see her again in 3 months. It was nice getting to see Dr. Haefner also.
