Best chicken sandwich I've ever had!! The Moa Chicken! I'm from out of town, and I would literally drive to Phoenix just for this sandwich! 😂😂

Last time I ate there the chicken in the chicken burger was very raw in the middle. Uncooked. This time, (noon in fact), the fries were stale like from the night before stale.. And the chicken was pounded to about 1/2 the normal thickness and so overcooked it was tougher than the fries. Its as if they tried to get more chicken out of a half breast. Pounded it into two bun sized pieces. Unfortunately, mine had the tough membranes AND it was overcooked. No excuse. So disappointed. Giving up on that Islands. Fool me twice.
Servers are awesome friendly attentive and friendly courteous and efficient.
very plain food, it's a touristy type place..its not Hawaiian nor tropical
