The whole Herzog-Meier staff is great! I couldn't be happier with all my visits to Herzog-Meier. Kyle Roethlein is a very gracious and courteous employee, he makes it easy to get what I need done on my vehicle. He is always happy and pleasant which is rare these days in customer service. Easy and a Great Deal 5 Stars! Richard had a great low-key approach that was really refreshing after some other salesmen I dealt with. And I got a great deal without a lot of haggling. And a few days after the sale Richard gave me a call just to make sure everything was good with the car, which I really appreciated.
Simply the best! I recently moved to the area and went to Herzog Meier Volvo to get my C70 serviced and I canât tell you enough how impressed I was. The service was preformed without issue, they provided a nice waiting area for me to wait and even have FREE wireless internet access so I was able to work while I was waiting. I hate this place... I have owned VWs since 2001 and would drive one forever if it wasn't for the CRAPPY service available in this area. My Jetta had a problem with the front driver seat and they fixed it (under warranty) but it took TWO DAYS. Then 13 months later the EXACT thing happened and they agreed to fix it (no longer under warranty) for $850.00. Are you kidding me???? Evil Clowns - AVOID How long do Herzog-Meier staff spend writing FAKE reviews on how great they are? What a bunch of CLOWNS. Check and see how similar all positive reviews are. This place is the worst place in Portland to buy a car and the worst place to service your car. Everyone there seems to be nice at first. Very Helpful and Accomodating Engell at Herzog-Meier was very helpful and accommodating. His service was prompt and thorough. He took care of everything that needed to be done and even recommended a new set of tires. I was impressed that I got everything handled in one location and one day. I plan to return in the future and will request Engell as my service manager.
New VW GTI - So Fun! Everyone thought I was crazy for trading in my Mercedes CLS500 for a GTI. I love it! Every time I get out of my new car there is a big smile on my face. Thanks to Herzog-Meier I feel 18 again!
First-Class Auto Dealer Herzog-Meier is a first class dealership/organization. Tom Herzog, Nic Perez, and Mike Lunt have always and continue to take care of my automotive needs.
