This dealership sets the bar! I recently purchased a 2010 VW Jetta for my son at Herzog Meier Volkswagen. I purchase Mercedes, Cadillac and Land Rovers for myself, but this was one of the best experiences to date with a car dealership. Great manager, sales and staff. They make purchasing a vehicle easy and set a role model for the industry.
Quality Shop With Quality Staff I am from Medford, OR and this is the second time my daughter's VW needed service at Herzog-Meier. They run a quality shop with quality folks. Engell Pellumbi was outstanding as my service advisor!! Engell even washed the car for her prior to pick-up. My daughter was impressed as well...and that can be hard to do with college folks! They do it right the first time, and saving time is very big to me.
Watch the Service Each time I've had my Volkswagen serviced here I've come away disappointed. In one case because they couldn't fix it, and in two cases because they charged me much more than expected. When coupled with their horribly inconvenient hours, and having to wade through a horde of desperate salesguys I'm really disinclined to come back. Heck, I'll drive all across town just to avoid this place. PROS: Close to home CONS: Pay more than expected, Salesguys are pushy
Great Customer Service & Quality Work My experience at HM was a good one. I had a BAD experience with another dealership just after I bought my car (warranty/tow problem with awful customer service) and so I stayed away from dealerships for 7 years. However, I had occasion to come back for a recall type issue and was pleased with the emphasis on customer service at HM. I got great customer service and quality work, so I'm glad I gave them a shot.
Do NOT buy a car from Herzog Meier. My wife and I purchased a late model Volvo from Herzog-Meier and wow â what a mistake. After a long pitch about how âdependableâ the Volvo is, they then sold us a warranty for $2000 that covers absolutely NOTHING. As soon as we bought the car, the coolant light came on. When I went to fill the coolant, I couldnât open the hood because the hood latch was broken. Completely Amazing! They were incredible!! They made time for me on a drop-in basis @ 3:00 PM on Saturday. The coils on my Passat had malfunctioned and I made it to the dealership and was good to go in twenty minutes!!! It was amazing!
Quality Customer Service! I feel that Engell Pellumbi went beyond expectations to me when I had my 2006 Passat in for the 40,000 mile checkup. I appreciated being treated like a valued customer.!!! The service was excellent.!!!! I also appreciated the shuttle provided by your company returning me to my home and upon completion of the work picking me up at my home and taking me back to Herzon-Meier to pick up my vehicle. It is certainly a great feeling to know that Herzog-Meier still believes in Quality Customer Service!!!
Herzog-Meier = Dishonesty & FRAUD Iâve had the worst sales and service experience with Herzog-Meier than Iâve had ever in my life before. Not only they sold me a lemon âa bad lemon- that was way overpriced, they messed up the loan application, messed up my social security information and messed up anything that they possibly could. Run, Don't Walk, RUN NEVER RELY on their phone sales on a car you see online. They will sell it our of underneath you if a person walks on their sales floor. Aman is the WORST. He never never returns calls. Patrick is nice enough, but his boss Tom is a chicken shiznit. Instead of telling the news that the truck I wanted had been sold already he called and got my email to email that message instead of telling me over the phone.
