I enjoy this place so much!! the only draw back is that it can get pretty noisy in the common areas, way too much. There are quiet rooms, but they do have the reclining chairs all around, so I think the noise level should be kept lower than a rowdy bar through-out; people cheer and clap so loudly at times.

Awesome place to fight the winter blues. I love their steam rooms and water baths of varying temperatures including a cold bath and an herbal bath. Their variety of sauna's at different temperatures is also great. And they offer juices, smoothies, tea and other treats as well as a full menue of food. Their Shiatsu massage was also very nice.

My first time here and definitely not the last! I went by myself and it was the best ME time ever. I got an hour deep tissue massage and it was AWESOME!!! The masseuse found and cracked every single aching part in my body. I will make sure to arrive earlier on my next visit. I got there at 4 and left at 9 pm (would have stayed longer but I live almost an hour away) and my 5 hr stay seemed so short. Can't wait for my next visit.
