I knew that going here would be nice and relaxing, but I didn't realize how much. It was one of the most relaxing experiences I've had in a while. All the rooms are amazing, and I felt so fresh after using the facilities. I felt like my whole body was renewed. It's a very clean, refreshing, comfortable, and accommodating environment. Whatever you end up spending while there, I can only say it is worth EVERY penny. And I didn't even have a special service arranged this time. I can't recommend this place highly enough.

Very clean. Not as much variety as the ones in Seoul, but for a US place, very good. I did wish one of the spa's had jets. Also would like to know what's in the herb one. Overall a fun experience with my grown kids (we did Seoul also). Food was also good. We've gone twice so far. Staff is very friendly.
I loved this place. Everything is brand new and clean. The staff is very friendly. I asked if they have any discounts at the front desk, they immediately offered to find a Groupon and applied it to my bill.
