Very clean and neat. Took my kid there too which they allow kids over 10. In the morning was so quite and not many people. However if they want to improve, I would recommend the second floor, massage place. Should have bigger and more staffs to get better massage. Same day appointment was impossible and only one staff.
Awesome spa experience. Very clean and relaxing environment. They have several dry saunas that are coed, and each wet area with the hot tubs is segregated by sex. You have to be completely naked in the wet area so be mindful of that.
Really nice loved the facility and staff....heated floors were fabulous and the body scrub is to die for.....I would suggest soothing spa music and a scent throughout the facility like eculyptus or a soothing scent...I definitely will be back...
