I love coming here! Whether it be alone or with some friends, I enjoy the amenities: healthy juice bar, or the Korean inspired meals, the massages or the spa s, or just simply relaxing in the healthy hot saunas or reading my kindle in the sitting room... It's a relaxing atmosphere I don't mind coming! I wish I can come everyday Treat ur friends or alone... You'll find something to indulge and enjoy�

This was my 2nd visit to the spa & again another 5 STAR rating!!!! I indulged myself to an hour full body scrub. Susie was amazing!! I found all the areas, public, saunas, & locker room to be exceptionally clean. I was there on a week night and found it to be very relaxing. I definitely will return many more times!!!
The experience was awesome! Girls day out was what we needed and we had a spectacular time. There were 8 ladies in total and we indulged ourselves in the dry saunas, foot reflexology, body massage, body wrap, body scrub, yoga class, and the herbal pool. It was a day of pampering and enjoyment. I highly recommend this place for a total day of relaxation and total treatment. They offer different packages.
A friend of mine recommended this place. I usually travel to red door in nyc or body by brooklyn, but the hassle to get there, gas, tolls & parking was discouraging. I decided to take the August spa package at island spa, which includes a 60 minute full body massage and 30 minute reflexology. I wasn't sure what to expect but I'm very pleased with this place. It's, clean, quiet and relaxing. I seriously didn't want to leave. Love it!
