My alternator in my Mercury Marquis went out today while I was in Melbourne for a meeting, I ended up getting towed to Island's service dept and Mark was awesome! As a lone female in a dealership I did not know (I live in St. Cloud) I never felt taken advantage of! I had a nice lunch, in and out in no time, and a fair price.
