The hotel was very clean and the employees were nice! I really had two issues- lack of variance for early check in/check out and the comfort of the Beds. Early check in is not until 2 no matter what and late check out can’t be requested until the morning of at 7am. Not a huge issue just inconvenient when normally at Hilton it works differently. I have to cancel my reservation with 5 day in advance and the hotel refuses to give the money back. Bad service and rude people. $ 1000.00 for nothing, easy money.
