Dr. Shah and his team deliver terrific service. These are professional people who know what they are doing. Plus they are pleasant and caring. I've worked in health care for many years and would highly recommend Island Foot Clinics to anyone dealing with pain or discomfort in their feet and ankles.
Horrible signage Decent product Poor system. Automated service provided 3 reminder calls to me for a fitting this Saturday. Found the clinic closed with other patients waiting with no information. Ridiculous
We were looking for a new Podiatrist as we moved from Alberta. Dr. Shah was thorough with explanations on everything he was doing. We had some difficulty with our insurance submission and the staff along with the Office Manager in Kelowna were extremely helpful with getting things straightened out for us. I Would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a podiatrist to give Island Foot Clinics a call.
I never write reviews but this one is worth mentioning as it was one of the most disappointing experiences I had in a long time. Paid $150 for a podiatrist visit and received a 10 min wart treatment followed by some loose advice and comments what will go wrong with my feet and also advice that if I mistreat the wart with the medication prescribed, I will get terrible infections.
