Dr Hoefer and her staff are top notch! Extremely professional, patient and kind. They have a wealth of knowledge and specialized skills that are hard to find!
I recently brought in my sick sugar-glider Lona. Unfortunately she didn't pull through - but not for lack of trying from the wonderful Dr. Hoefer and staff. Today I received a beautiful hand written condolence card. The loss of a furry family member is never easy but the family at Island Exotic made it a little less painful and for that my family and I will be forever grateful. Thank you.
