Nasty Nasty Front of the House Admin Staff! So Nasty that I dread going into this office and rarely give any reviews unless they are 5 Star reviews but I had to put future patients on Alert! Plan on Waiting a very long time. I Waited 4 hours to see a doc most probably due in large part to Nasty & incompetent admin Staff I would fire every one of them & save my rep Would have rated a 1 Star except the doc was good

The Moultrie office has the nastiest office staff I have ever encountered . After 3 years , I was told my mother was not a patient when we arrived for an emergency visit . We were just here 3 weeks ago, I stated , the pregnant office person said snottily , no you’re not a patient in this office . And was extremely nasty insisted that o was at the wrong office . This entire scene played out for 40 minutes while my mother was gasping for air and desperately waiting to see a medical person . Stay away from this office . Everyon... read more
