I have always had a seamless visit at the Palencia office. The front staff is remarkable and determined to make things right when outside authorizations go array. The MA is a very caring young man and keeps me up to date on suggested procedures Humana requires. My Provider is awesome and she makes me feel so comfortable. Having a provider who listens is so important.
I’m very pleased with all of my experiences at Island Doctors. Their entire staff is very focused on keeping me healthy.
