We stoped at Pep Boys auto n tire and lady came out and said they would not fix tire so we drove on to next place Island Discount Tires and Joe had us to pull in and fixed the tire he found 2 nails in it. Highly recommend you to stop here if you need tire fixed! Very friendly and fast service. Joe got our tire fixed up and we headed home for 6 hr drive 😊. Thank you Joe we will definitely be back if we have any trouble while vacationing at Orange Beach!
Brought our motorhome in, they got right on it, no wait. Found a cracked valve stem, replaced and put on new valve stem extension. Super nice, and great prices!
Two weeks ago I brought my Mazda6 2017 to have the front brakes worked on. Joe, the owner, said he’d put new rotors & break pads on my vehicle for $170. I paid cash. He did not do that at all. Also took my star locking lug nuts off of all four tires and the part to take them off that was inside of my glove box without informing me AT ALL. That’s THEFT. Great service and great deal on tires. They treat you like family. We were on vacation when we blew a tire. We were sent to Island Discount New & Used Tires. They quickly changed our tire not to mention put our donut spare back in our trunk the right way. They gave us one heck of a deal. They gave quality product and service. First time I went I had a flat that would hold air for just long enough to get there. I knew I was buying a new tire that day. When they said okay it’s fixed, I asked how much he said I hate to even charge you but I’ll do $15. OMG NEVER HAD ANYTHING COST THAT LITTLE AT A AUTOMOTIVE REPAIR SHOP!! The owner is sooo nice and Joe , took the car back had over $700 worth of work done, I couldn’t get 2 blocks in it anymore, now it runs great!! BIG THAK YOU TO THE GUYS AT ISLAND TIRE, !!
We were in town for the Fourth of July weekend. discovered our wheel bearing had went bad. Joe and the crew at island time were able to fit us in and fixed our car within 5 hours of arrival. These guys were amazing and courteous. I can’t say enough good things about how we were treated. Thank you for a great experience.
When you entrust a business to take care of your vehicle, it's sad that trust is broken when the business, this business, takes it upon themselves to remove property from your vehicle without permission. That is theft and you're not paid to remove items from property, but to repair and replace them. I do not recommend this business.
Took my car to them and it came home missing parts!
