What can I say? I was blown away. Four years ago as my husband & I were paddle boarding on Mirror Lake, we looked up & saw Ishnala. We decided we had to eat there one day! Yesterday was our three year wedding anniversary & we decided it would be the perfect place to celebrate. We were right in our assumptions. I am personally a bit obsessed with supper clubs. First time here and it was a wonderful experience. I will definitely return.
What a great atmosphere! They do the supper club idea right! We enjoyed Old Fashioned’s and appetizers at the Teepee bar. Everything was just great. You have to get there in the spring, summer, or fall it’s not open in winter. Thank you Ishnala staff for a wonderful evening!
The appetizers and drinks were great, but main entree was a disappointment. The prime rib was mushy and tasteless and the au jus was nothing more than brown gravy. We went expecting the 1.5 hour wait, which would have been worth it if the food would have been good. No plans to return.
