Moving back to Baraboo this fall after years in NC. First place I want to take hubby who has never been here. Mouth waters as I remember how good it always was. It will be great to eat northern beef....yes there is a difference between northern and southern raised beef. I recommend everything including a grasshopper to top it off.

Awesome scenery, and grounds, on the shore of mirror lake. Good food. Wait time can be long, but it’s worth the wait.
Friendly, attentive staff and great, traditional supper club fare! The Wollersheim Brandy Old Fashioned is delicious!! Definitely arrive early or prepare to wait quite a while. No reservations accepted.
Such a wonderful restaurant, in a magical environment, and , oh yes, the food. Have been coming to Ishnala since I was a child. As a child I probably did not appreciate all of that as I do now. Now a trip to Ishnala is an event that is looked forward to every year. The staff is always friendly and welcoming, always looking for ways to improve your visit. The menu is outstanding, good variety of offerings excellently prepared and served. An excellent setting for a major event, or the visit itself can be the event.
